• own and control subsidiary businesses, property, and assets; and
• reduce risk and provide liability protection for property and assets from and between the subsidiary operating businesses.

The subsidiary business(es) will operate in areas including, but not limited to: software development and productivity tools and libraries, games, and data science oriented database frameworks.
